What is Therapeutic Counselling?
Counselling is primarily focused on understanding, releasing, and managing feelings; working with issues from the past that can impact your ability to create the life you want in the present or future. Counselling can help you to identify, understand, and improve your emotional well-being but, the process may be slower and more emotionally challenging than coaching, as the issues are often subconscious. Counselling often focuses primarily on perceptions and feelings.
